Practice Reminder
This will be the only week y’all get these reminders.
Offense needs helmet, gloves and sticks for the first half of practice. Defense just need their running shoes, cleats and pinnies.
Practice will be split for the first half, defense needs to meet at the field before heading to the RAC.
